Outsourced designs to fit your needs

At Windy Pines Web Design LLC, we focus on high-performance web development, but we understand that design is a just as important factor to producing a professional website. While we don’t currently have an in-house designer, we’ve built strong partnerships with trusted freelance professionals. Part of your first month’s (or one time payment) goes directly towards hiring a designer, for your home page, who specializes in clean, modern layouts. We do not share any of your information with the designer, except for the neccessary info for them to perform their job. This information includes your business type or niche, your brand colors, and any other specific design notes or inspiration your provide.

For the inner pages which are typically more straightforward, we use and highly customize template sections, custom components from our personal library, and personal designs that all reflect your home page and overall business vision. This hybrid approach provides your website with a tailor made feel while keeping costs affordable.

A website’s visual design is the first thing people notice, and it often shapes how they feel about your business within seconds, especially on the home page. Good design builds trust, makes your site easier to navigate, and directs users to call to actions. On the flip side, poor design can instantly push people away, even if your content is great. It is truly a seperate skill entirely and that is why we take it serious and let professional designers handle it where it matters most.

Our web design process

Here’s how we make sure your website looks and feels like it was built just for you:

  1. Discovery - We get to know your brand, audience, and style preferences during our consultation

  2. Design Handoff - A freelance designer creates your home layout based on the info you provided.

  3. Customization - We construct the inner pages utilizing our components, templates, and personal designs. Some inner pages may require unique designs, in which case we will provide the designer the information in the initial handoff.

  4. Review & Approve - You’ll get to review the design (the alpha version of your website) before we start developing your site.

This hybrid approach, when paired with our Web Development completes our entire development process.
